We've come a long way since we opened our first restaurant in 1999 and there are now over 65 STRADAs across the UK with more on the way.
We believe that our people are our greatest asset and that training, developing and motivating them are key to our continued success.
From the very first moment you start working with us you will see that we treat training as a very serious business! Our comprehensive training programs give new managers the confidence, knowledge and all the necessary skills to be the very best at what they do. Every position within the company has a tailor made training schedule and throughout your training program you will be working alongside a qualified STRADA trainer and some of our most experienced team members. During your training you'll receive regular assessment and feedback to help your realise your full potential. The type of career you have is up to you - we have an excellent track record of internal promotion so the sky's the limit!
