Can I book a table for a party at Strada?

How do I amend my table booking?

To amend an online booking you will need to cancel your original booking using the online system and then book with the correct details. You can cancel a booking by clicking on the relevant link in the confirmation email you received at the time of booking. After clicking on the link, please follow on the on-screen instructions.

What are your menu terms and conditions?

Food allergies and intolerances: before you order your food and drinks, please speak to our staff if you want to know about our ingredients. Due to the presence of nuts and gluten in some products there is a small possibility that nut and gluten traces may be found in any menu item. Not all ingredients are shown in the dish descriptions. Non-gluten recipes are made with non-gluten containing ingredients. Olives may contain stones and fish may contain bones. Meat weights provided are approximate uncooked weights. All of our wines sold by the glass are available in a 125ml measure. We accept all major credit cards. Our prices include VAT at the current rate. An optional service charge of 10% will be added to parties of 8 or more.

What facilities are available at Strada restaurants?

Accessible menus - We’ve partnered with Good Food Talks to make our menus accessible for those who hav difficulty reading them. Download their app, and using the accessibility features on your phone, you can change the font size, colours, or have the menus spoke out loud.

Our restaurants will cater for special dietary requests wherever possible. We offer dedicated vegetarian and non-gluten menus, and offer non-gluten pasta options. Please speak to a member of our waiting staff for further details.

Does Strada source its seafood from sustainable stocks?

Strada believes strongly in the ethical purchasing of fish and seafood products. We frequently check with our suppliers regarding their efforts to support sustainable fishing, and change our suppliers if they do not meet our standards. It is important to Strada that our suppliers, whilst meeting the needs of our customers today, fully support the long term objectives of sustainability to protect resources for the future.

I like the music at Strada and wonder whether I can purchase a CD?

Unfortunately we do not sell CDs of the music played in our restaurants.

I have seen a poster in one of your Strada restaurants, where can I get a copy of it?

Unfortunately we are unable to provide copies of the posters on display in our restaurants.

Can I open my own Strada restaurant?

Unfortunately not but if you would like a Strada restaurant to open in your town, please feel free to get in touch as we are always interested to hear about potential new locations.

What are the terms and conditions of using the Tastecard in your restaurants?

Tastecard is not valid on Saturdays or at Strada Heathrow, Center Parcs, and Royal Festival Hall. You must pre-book to receive this offer. A maximum of 10 people can dine using one tastecard and multiples of two people will qualify for 2 for 1 discount across all courses ordered. The tastecard offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, set menu, voucher or Tesco Clubcard vouchers. The offer is not valid on takeaway orders. Strada exclude 17th-23rd December, public holidays and special events such as Valentine’s, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day etc.

Do you accept luncheon vouchers?

Yes we accept luncheon vouchers.

Do you offer support to charities?

We are committed to helping local charities and fundraising wherever possible and ask that you contact the manager at your local Strada restaurant to request support. The manager will review your request, and should the event be one they are able to support, they will issue gift vouchers which are ideal for fundraising or they may be able to put something bespoke together for your event.

Where do your eggs come from and what is your policy around them?

Strada understands the importance of good animal welfare standards. We work in close partnership with our suppliers to ensure our animal welfare policy and its requirements are followed at all times.

We source eggs for our kitchens from the UK and these are all free range, produced to the UK Lion Code and are certified by Freedom Foods, which guarantees high standards of food safety and traceability.
