How do I book a restaurant?

If you would like to make a reservation you can either phone the restaurant directly or make an online booking. Just click on the link below and select the location you wish to visit.

Can I book a table for a party at Strada?

Tables for up to ten people can be booked using our online booking system. For larger parties of more than ten people, we suggest calling the restaurant to make sure they can accommodate you. Just click on the link below and select the location you wish to visit.

How do I amend my table booking?

To amend an online booking you will need to cancel your original booking using the online system and then book with the correct details. You can cancel a booking by clicking on the relevant link in the confirmation email you received at the time of booking. After clicking on the link, please follow on the on-screen instructions.

What are your menu terms and conditions?

Watch out for stones in olives and bones in fish. Vat is included. V = Vegetarian. nV = Contains animal rennet. animal products, nuts, gluten and other allergens are used in the kitchen. Whilst we take care to avoid contamination, traces may be found in any item. Let us know if you have allergies or intolerances. An optional service charge of 10% will be added to parties of 8 or more.

Where can I use my Tesco Clubcard Deal tokens?

Tesco Clubcard Deal tokens can be used at all Strada restaurants excluding those listed below:

Tokens can be used as full or part payment for food only (not to purchase drinks, merchandise, gift cards or towards promotional and set menus). No change is given from tokens and they cannot be used for a tip. Maximum of 8 guests per party.

Does Strada source its seafood from sustainable stocks?

Strada believes strongly in the ethical purchasing of fish and seafood products. We frequently check with our suppliers regarding their efforts to support sustainable fishing, and change our suppliers if they do not meet our standards. It is important to Strada that our suppliers, whilst meeting the needs of our customers today, fully support the long term objectives of sustainability to protect resources for the future.

Unfortunately we do not sell CDs of the music played in our restaurants.

I have seen a poster in one of your Strada restaurants, where can I get a copy of it?

Unfortunately we are unable to provide copies of the posters on display in our restaurants.

Can I open my own Strada restaurant?

Unfortunately not but if you would like a Strada restaurant to open in your town, please feel free to get in touch as we are always interested to hear about potential new locations.

What are the terms and conditions of using the Tastecard in your restaurants?

TASTE is valid Sunday through Thursday at participating sites. TASTE card members must pre-book in order to receive this offer.

Terms and conditions: Offer is not valid at Strada Heathrow, Center Parcs, More London, Royal Festival Hall, Brunswick, Covent Garden, Heddon St, St Katharine’s Dock, Stratford Westfield, and St Pauls. Offer is valid Sunday through Thursday. Offer is only valid for pre-booked tables. Offer is not valid on take away orders. Offer is not valid on bank holidays or special events. Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, voucher, set menu, Tesco Clubcard points or tokens, or Nectar card points. Offer is valid for 2 for 1 on all starters, 2 for 1 on all mains/pizzas/pastas, and 2 for 1 on all desserts. Less expensive dish will be the discounted item. Offer valid for up to 2 guests per Taste card. Max 3 Taste cards valid per booking (aka max of 6 guests if 3 Taste cards are within 1 booking). Offer is not valid on sides, or any drinks.

Do you offer support to charities?

We are committed to helping local charities and fundraising wherever possible and ask that you contact the manager at your local Strada restaurant to request support. The manager will review your request, and should the event be one they are able to support, they will issue gift vouchers which are ideal for fundraising or they may be able to put something bespoke together for your event.
