Spring is in the air at last and to celebrate we have four brand new, mouth-watering specials that are sure to shake off the last of those winter blues.
The fresh flavours of the Agnello alle Acciughe will certainly whet your appetite - a rump of lamb expertly cooked with garlic, rosemary, olive oil and anchovy sauce, sautéed leeks, green beans and new potatoes.
And for those who love their seafood the menu features three new options. Merluzzo Arrosto is a delicately roasted fillet of cod on pappardelle tossed with peas, broad beans and butter – a simple but delectable way to enjoy a real taste of spring.
Cappesante con Pancetta is the perfect light dish to wake up those taste buds for the new season. Pan-fried scallops wrapped in crispy pancetta on a salad of rocket, frisée, broad and green beans, artichoke hearts, red onion and parsley with a mustard dressing – ideal flavours to enjoy as a light lunch in the sunshine.
And ,finally, the fresh Linguine Vongole is sure to tempt you out of hibernation – clams tossed with garlic, chilli, plum tomatoes, parsley, white wine and linguine.
