If you've read our latest newsletter, or had a look in the brand new recipes section, then you'll know all about our fantastic cooking videos starring lovely Development Chef, Maurice Maffeo.
Obviously, we think they're pretty essential viewing, however, don't take our word for it, have a look at the podcasts on iTunes where STRADA recipes is fourth on the 'What Hot' list just behind 'Rude Tube' and 'Mazi TV'.
We've also had some nice reviews, including one by the NotSoGoodCook who says, "This podcast really helped me to perfect pizza dough making. I always knew how to make pizza dough but it never turned out good but thanks to the podcast, now it does"
