Classic Italian recipes - linguine pescatora, quattro stagioni, saltimbocca and many more - are combined with carefully chosen ingredients to bring out their distinctive flavours.
Established favourites like our fabulous schiacciatella flatbreads and pan-fried fegato feature on the menu, whilst less well known tastes - like strozzapreti pasta or tegamaccio - allow the culinary curious to explore. And for dessert? One of our favourites is Bunet Piemontese - a rich confection of chocolate and Amaretto dating back to the 13th century .
