Since opening our first restaurant in December 1999, in London, Strada have now opened over 55 restaurants throughout the UK, ranging in size from 70 covers to 280 covers. We now currently employ over 1,300 people.
Through all this expansion we haven't forgotten where we came from and we all share a passion for excellent food and great service.

Training
From the very first moment you start working with us you will see that we take training as serious business! Our comprehensive training programs give our new team members the confidence, knowledge and all the necessary skills to be the very best at what they do and also helping them to realise their full potential. Each position within the company has a tailor made training schedule ranging from one week to five weeks, depending on the position. Throughout your training program you will be working alongside a qualified Strada trainer and some of the most experienced members of our teams. Throughout your training period you will be assessed regularly, both written and practical as well as having assessment meetings with your Trainer. We are confident that by the end of your initial training program you will have acquired all the necessary skills and knowledge to be successful and to be able to grow with us and share in our success.
