We love the real Italy. A country that isn’t as one-dimensional as the stereotypes would have you believe. It is a rich tapestry of many diverse and eclectic regions that all have their own unique foods, rituals, and cultures. We believe that real Italian food is far more interesting than the food on offer in most UK Italian restaurants. Whether it’s risottos from the rice fields of Piemonte, or the fish caught and served in Sicilia, real Italian food is a foodie’s paradise.
At Strada we take inspiration from all the regions of Italy and create dishes you won’t find anywhere else, each made using ingredients and techniques that remain true to each dish’s region of origin.
